Welcome to TaskPay. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TaskPay's website and application, located at https://www.taskpay.co.in.

User Acknowledgment: By accessing or using TaskPay, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Account Eligibility and Registration

One Account Per Individual: Each user is permitted to create and maintain only one single account. Creation of multiple accounts, farming accounts via emulators, or using automated scripts is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of balances.
Authentication: Users sign in via legitimate Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google login credentials.
Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate in online reward activities.

2. Platform Nature & Earning Disclosures

TaskPay is a free-to-use micro-task and promotional reward platform where registered users can earn promotional loyalty points ("Coins") by completing verified promotional activities, engaging with sponsored offers, and referring genuine peers.

Crucial Notice: TaskPay is NOT an employer, financial institution, investment scheme, or bank. Participation does not constitute employment, and Coins do not represent shares, securities, or guaranteed dividends.

3. Coin Economy & Reward Validation

Conversion Metric: Within TaskPay, 100 promotional coins equate to ₹1 INR for the purpose of rewards disbursement.
Verification Prerequisite: Coins for completing partner offers are not automatically granted on simple link clicks. Users must complete all instructions provided by the advertiser and upload an authentic, unedited screenshot for administrative review.
Right to Reject Fraudulent Proofs: We reserve the strict right to reject proof submissions that are blurry, cropped, recycled from other users, edited in photo software, or completed using false information.

4. Withdrawals & UPI Disbursements

Minimum Threshold: The minimum threshold for submitting a payout request is clearly displayed in the Wallet interface (e.g., ₹20 for first-time payouts and standard ₹100 for recurring payouts).
Accurate UPI Information: Users are solely responsible for ensuring the submitted Virtual Payment Address (UPI ID) is valid and belongs to them. TaskPay is not liable for funds disbursed to incorrect UPI IDs entered by the user.
Processing Timeframes: Withdrawal requests undergo fraud checks and are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

Users agree NOT to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, Tor browsers, or IP-spoofing utilities to manipulate geographic location or multiply offers.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or inject malicious code into TaskPay's infrastructure.
Self-referring accounts to artificially inflate referral commissions.
Spamming referral links in unauthorized social media groups, public forums, or using deceptive clickbait marketing.
Attempting to manipulate or exploit bugs in the spin wheel, scratch card, or daily bonus algorithms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, TaskPay and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all original material, branding, UI designs, and codebase on TaskPay. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and use pages for personal, non-commercial use subject to restrictions set in these terms.

7. Third-Party Links & Partner Content

TaskPay contains links to third-party websites, applications, and promotional offers operated by independent advertisers. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the privacy practices, content, or safety of external websites. When you click an offer link, you do so at your own risk and subject to the terms of that third-party service.

8. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if we detect suspicious behaviors, multiple accounts, fraudulent proof uploads, or violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TaskPay, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your access or inability to access the platform, network outages, or third-party service failures.

10. Modifications to Terms

TaskPay reserves the right to revise these terms at any time as required by platform evolutions or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the website following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
